White House Middle School is located in White House, Tennessee, in Sumner County. The city took its name from a stately white Inn.  Even though this Inn was the inspiration of the city's name, it, like so many of our other historical buildings was demolished as progress and development took  place around the city. There is, however a replica of the Inn located on Highway 76.  This Inn  houses the city's public library.  According to the most recent census data, White House is the 120th fastest growing city of its size in the United States.

Even though growth is rapid, White House has managed to maintain that small town feel.  Thus, the support of the school's sports programs, arts program, and clubs is very strong.  Many people who visit like what they find and return here to live.
